Executive roundtables

Executive roundtables that start better business conversations.

Bring the people who matter to your business into a discussion worth their time. INONDA designs and runs executive roundtables for companies selling into HR, workplace learning, EdTech and other specialist B2B markets.

Who it is for

Start with the people you want to reach.

For marketing and revenue leaders who want meaningful access to senior buyers, a clearer understanding of their priorities and a reason to continue the conversation.

How the programme works

01

Define the room

Agree the business objective, target accounts, roles, seniority and qualification criteria. Build the topic around a challenge those people recognise.

02

Recruit and prepare

Research the audience, invite relevant participants and use alignment calls to understand their priorities. Confirm the discussion format and prepare the host and special guest.

03

Host the conversation

Facilitate a focused exchange that gives participants time to contribute. Your expertise is part of the conversation, with space for peers to challenge and compare experiences.

04

Continue with context

Turn the discussion into useful insights and follow-up. Where participants express commercial interest, agree the next conversation and give your team the context.

What is included

  • Audience and target-account brief
  • Topic, invitation and participant recruitment
  • Pre-event alignment and guest preparation
  • Roundtable format and facilitation
  • Agreed insight assets and follow-up campaign
  • Reporting against attendance, qualified conversations and agreed next steps

Scope and investment

Start with one pilot or build a recurring programme. Scope, recruitment lead time, attendance criteria, content deliverables and fees are agreed before launch. An in-person venue or additional production is specified separately in the proposal.

Questions before you start

How do you recruit senior executives?

We define the audience with you, research relevant people and invite them around a specific discussion. Alignment calls help confirm relevance and surface what participants want from the room.

Can we choose the target accounts?

Yes. We agree account and role criteria before recruitment. Attendance depends on relevance, availability and individual acceptance; the brief sets out the agreed targets.

What happens after the roundtable?

The programme includes the agreed follow-up: useful insights, relevant introductions and commercial conversations where there is interest. We distinguish attendance from sales opportunities in reporting.

How much does a roundtable cost?

The proposal depends on the audience, format, recruitment, content and follow-up scope. Tell us what you want the room to achieve and we will set out the deliverables and fee.
